Conference Room/Cafe

The conference room is truly a multipurpose space for your special day. The mid-size room has a capacity of 75, but feels much bigger with the large floor to ceiling fireplace and vaulted ceiling. Often used for buffet set-up, it can also serve as an overflow for larger events. It too can have a tailored floor plan set-up to fit your specific needs.

Our state-of-the-art pool design offers over 9,000SF of pool deck as a canvas to create an ambiance as unique as your day. Invite technology into your experience by utilizing our colored pool lighting system, lighting the pool in hues of your wedding colors that will ensure all pictures will be worth a second look.

Prairie Links can provide catering services for your event. If you have a particular catering company you would like to use, you are free to do so as long as they are licensed in Iowa. You are free to use any vendors of your choice for other services like Photography, Flowers, Cakes, etc.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the rental price include a wedding planner?

The rental price does not include a wedding planner. You have the flexibility to work with any wedding planner you elect to hire.

Will the Prairie Links staff set-up the table and table arrangements?

Prairie Links staff will arrange the tables and place the white linen if requested, but will not arrange place settings or table arrangements.

What is the max seating capacity?

If you need to stay inside we can handle events up to 350 people. With our new Outdoor Receptions we are able to accomodate events of any size.

Can I setup a time to take a tour?

Of course! You can schedule a walk-through at your convenience preferably Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM.

What's the cost of reserving the Event Center the night before my event for a rehearsal dinner or set?

To rent the Event Center the night before your event is $2000.

Is there a limit on the amount of alcohol I can buy?

There is no limit.

Can we have cocktail hour out on the patio? What would be included?

Yes, we would love to host your cocktail hour. We are making many design changes to our patio just for this purpose. To make drinks more accessible, we will include a portable bar outside.
